The foundation is set with a robust sand box system. We exclusively use high-quality A356 aluminum material, verified through rigorous material composition analysis to meet heavy-duty municipal specifications. The modelling phase is followed by controlled melting and pouring into the prepared molds. After casting, components are released via our casting machines and initial cleanup begins with grinding and intensive sand blasting, ensuring a pristine surface for coating. The core of our corrosion protection is a dual-stage process. We apply a uniform electrophoresis primer, with its thickness meticulously checked via electrophoresis thickness test to guarantee long-term resilience in harsh urban environments. A final, durable powder coating is applied, offering superior wear and weather resistance. Each finished product undergoes final inspection before secure packing, ensuring safe transit. Finally, efficient container loading facilitates timely delivery to municipal projects worldwide. This end-to-end control, from digital design to shipping, ensures our municipal castings deliver unmatched reliability and longevity for public infrastructure.
