After casting, components are released via our casting machines and initial cleanup begins with grinding and intensive sand blasting, ensuring a pristine surface for coating. We apply a uniform electrophoresis primer, with its thickness meticulously checked via electrophoresis thickness test to guarantee long-term resilience in harsh urban environments.
