Real factory dispatch: 1×40HQ of decorative tubes, railing, and bench leg shipped to Portugal on June 1, 2026. No fluff, just load details.
Another clean departure from our loading bay. On June 1, 2026, we rolled out one full 40HQ container holding three product groups: decorative tubes, railing components, and bench leg parts. The destination is Portugal.
This is a repeat order from a Portuguese buyer who first tested our railing two years ago. This time they added decorative tubes for outdoor furniture frames and a solid quantity of bench leg units for their local workshop network in the north.
The 40HQ was packed with care. Decorative tubes went in first, banded and edge protected. Railing parts followed, stacked in interlocking cartons to avoid movement. Bench leg pieces, which need flat surfaces and no edge dings, were placed on middle pallets with foam between each layer.
Why decorative tubes, railing, and bench leg work well in one container. Decorative tubes move steadily for gate and balcony jobs. Railing follows the same construction season. Bench leg sells through smaller shops that repair or build public and garden benches. Mixing them helped the buyer fill the 40HQ completely and cut per‑unit sea freight.
We tested before loading. Decorative tubes passed a salt spray test. Railing brackets were checked for weld strength. Bench leg samples went through a stability test on a standard bench frame. The packing list and loading photos were sent to the buyer two hours after the container left.
For other distributors watching: if your local buyers need different product families, sharing one 40HQ between decorative tubes, railing, and bench leg often works. You get full container utilization and fewer small LCL shipments.
This Portugal load is now on water. Estimated arrival late June. Next available production for decorative tubes and railing is mid‑July. Bench leg can follow the same timeline because we run separate cutting and drilling lines.
