Melt and Pouring

elt and pouring is the core foundry stage of metal casting for our municipal hardware products. Raw metal materials are heated in high-temperature furnaces until fully melted into homogeneous molten liquid. Slag and impurities are removed carefully to guarantee clean alloy composition before pouring.

The purified molten metal is transferred and poured into pre-made mould cavities under strict temperature and flow control. Operators regulate pouring speed to avoid turbulence, air trapping or premature solidification, which directly determines the density, surface quality and mechanical strength of finished castings.

This step lays the foundation for reliable cast components including bollards, park benches, cast iron bases and other municipal infrastructure parts. Precise melt and pouring control ensures our cast products can withstand heavy loads, outdoor weathering and long-term service in public projects.
